Our wonderful studio space situated in St Budeaux, Plymouth, that we fill with the most amazing people. I’d struggled for years with my mental health & art lead me on my journey to wellness & having a life again. This made me want to help others enjoy the distraction of art & craft and the natural therapy it gives. This is when, in 2017, Art Craft & Laughter was born.  

We opened our studio to adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism & from the start the laughter was continuous which made our studio a place where everyone could be themselves and grow in confidence. Over the years, this has happened in bucket loads. It’s a joy & privilege to watch.

Because of our success we moved to our current, much larger space in 2021. It even has a garden which with the help of our lovely Ali & the Wednesday gardening group has become the most relaxing, beautiful place filled with flowers, vegetables & fruit.

Together we make this space ‘your space to be you’. We create healthy minds together.
