At Art Craft & Laughter, we’re proud to offer a cosy, inviting studio. A place where you can relax, be yourself, and enjoy a good dose of creativity and usually a good laugh.
A Safe Space to Just Be
Life can feel heavy sometimes, and that’s okay. Our sessions give you the chance to unwind in a safe, supportive environment surrounded by people who understand.
Here, you’re never alone. We're all in this together, and we look out for one another through genuine peer support.
Creativity That Makes a Difference
We bring like-minded people together for person-centred, caring support. When you create in a fun and understanding space, something magical happens: you relax, your confidence grows, and you can open up about your struggles if you want to. The impact we see in people’s lives is truly incredible.

Trying something new can feel daunting, we get it. We see the nerves when people first walk through the door, but it’s amazing how quickly those worries fade. Before long, you’ll be relaxing, chatting, creating, and genuinely enjoying yourself. Many people tell us it becomes the highlight of their week.

You will never know how much this group means to me. When I first arrived I was so nervous, but after being with the group for approximately 10 mins, I felt relaxed and really enjoyed myself. It was so good to be with others that are through similar traumas and to be able to feel comfortable to talk and share our experiences.
I really missed the craft sessions when lockdown started, but again you came up trumps and started the Zoom workshops. I looked forward to these sessions and the fun and laughter we always have together.
My anxiety levels have certainly dropped since joining the group.
